Shipping policy

At Union Made, we understand the importance of timely delivery of your orders. That's why we have a quick dispatch and delivery policy in place. Here's what you can expect from us:

1. Dispatch within 24 hours: Once you place an order on our website, we will dispatch your package within 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email and a whatsapp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 or 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch. However, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

3. Customer support: If you have any queries regarding your order, you can reach out to our customer support team at support@unionmade.in or call us at +91 9818984812. We are available to assist you between 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday.

4. Cash on delivery charges: We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option.

5. UPI payments discount: If you choose to pay via UPI, you can avail a discount of 5% on your order using 'UNIONMADE'.
